Our Founding Promise

10% of the Cast is for the Community

At Lavender House Production, we believe queer stories are a collective inheritance. To ensure This Man Belongs to Me (October 2026) is accessible to a diverse range of voices, we are officially opening our Scholarship Program.

The Guarantee

Accessibility is not an afterthought. Our President has personally backstopped $3,500 to ensure that 7 spots, 10% of our cast, are available at subsidized rates ($300 and $650).

The Growth

With the additional donation we receive over this $3,500 goal, we will unlock more spots for the community. Help us grow the house.

How Recipients are Selected

We want our selection process to be as equitable and low-stress as possible. We will be using a Weighted Lottery system.

What does this mean?

To remove the pressure of "proving" financial hardship, we don't rank applications. Instead, every eligible applicant is entered into a lottery. We "weight" the draw to ensure we are meeting our mission of centering marginalized voices (such as BIPOC, Queer, and players with a disability) and those for whom this game would otherwise be impossible to access.

This ensures the process is fair, transparent, and focused on building the diverse sanctuary Lavender House is meant to be.

How To Apply

The Scholarship Application Window will be open until 6 March 2026.
